For several years, ATG had been trying to send dynamic e-mails to its customers.

Louder Family solved the challenge by filming several films that were rendered into a unique film for each customer. The films contained a personal birthday greeting from well-known people in trotting and from ATG’s mascot, Vinnie.

They were generated using APIs from ATG’s member register and published on a unique landing page for each player, who could easily share the content on social media.

This dynamic e-mail campaign is still running today, and so far over 2 million birthday greetings have reached ATG’s customers.
